Moto G 3rd Generation was one of the best Smartphone , until Marshmallow ruined it !

Few months back Motorola shared a information with us that " Moto G 3rd Generation breaks previous Moto G's sales record " , Motorola also added that it was the one of the Motorola's most sold smartphone .

Moto G 3rd Generation was launched back in July 2015 and I bought it Instantly just after first release . The Smartphone came with Stock Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS ( Motorola usually uses Pure vanilla Android for best performance ) and yes the performance was incredible in comparison with other smartphones , the battery was literally amazing and at this Cost ... Any Smartphone cannot beat Moto G 3rd Generation in terms of performance , quality and specifications  ( at that time ) .

All was Going well , Moto G 3rd generation was giving an amazing battery backup , one can usually spend a day playing games , listing music , surfing on web and chatting etc ... after charging it approx 100% .

Moto G 3rd Generation was one of the best Smartphone , until Marshmallow ruined it !

The Day when Marshmallow update came , I wasn't that much excited to update my smartphone , but I updated it to 6.0 just to make a review of Marshmallow update effect on Moto G 3rd generation .

Read it Here - Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen : Before and After Marshmallow Update

After updating my Moto G 3rd Generation to Marshmallow , It started heating just after normal use , the battery life became terrible ( One have to charge it two times a day ) , UI was a little bit laggy , External SD card was not accessible and many worse changes were that that covered the Good changes .

The thing was , one cannot even downgrade it to Official Lollipop 5.1.1 ( without unlocking bootloader , rooting and flashing lollipop rom ) .

After few months , I got used to of using Marshmallow 6.0 on Moto G 3rd Generation then got a new big update of Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and that was just like " icing on a ruined cake " .

Android 6.0.1 bought many new changes , but again the changes was for bad ! Wifi and Screen ate my 60% Smartphone's battery , Moto G 3rd Generation started heating badly ( The Temperature of Screen becomes too high after a normal use ) , Ghost touch issue was there and yes now i can say " Moto G 3rd Generation was one of the best Smartphone , until Marshmallow ruined it ! " .

The change is not always for Good ! Share your experience of Marshmallow update on Moto G3 by Commenting below !
